  My customer service representative was Sebastian and he was excellent. Sebastian's customer service skills are top tier hands down. He was very professional and his personality was beyond pleasant. In my opinion as a customer he is a great asset to the 10 Federal storage team. Sebastian keep up the great work. 10 Federal self storage kudos for hiring Sebastian.   Extremely knowledgeable about storage facilities and completely competent about the hours of operation, how to enter the facility, how to exit the facility, the difference between the gate entrance number and the lock on the facility, knowing where and how to find my numbered unit , and most important of all… helping me navigate the screen inside the building to get me immediately registered , signed In And paid.
  
  I went to several other facilities that day and did not want to have my personal and business property with knuckle heads and or idiots. Probably should not refer to your completion that way but you need to know that the lady that helped me was the best and never left me until it was done.
  
  My impression of your organization is an AAA +++ because of her.
  
  Seriously, it’s rare that many Americans use there brains at work today. Especially those answering a phone.
  
  Really appreciate the services you are providing and the professionalism of the lady who took my call.

  So far I am enjoying my experience here. It's as clean as an older property can be. And they have their automated system down to a t. I'm a little worried about water getting into my unit. But it's just my unit. I don't think you would have to worry about that in other units.

  This had the best pricing I could find for a 20ft drive up roller unit to store some sea kayaks. The sign up process was easy and the customer service call center staff were helpful whenever I needed assistance.
  
  They have an online portal to monitor and manage payments which was also fairly useful. Payment is by the month and autopay is easy to set up.
