Although we miss Max, Jerry was very kind and patient with my 93 year old Mother.
His knowledge and experience was evident as he spoke with us.
Perhaps Beltone should take a look at why the turn over rate for employees is so high. They seem to get good people, but cannot keep them.

I gave it 4 stars because I didnt go to Johnson Eye Practice. I went to Beltone is in the same building. Max was nice and changed my tubing for my hearing aid. 5 stars to Beltone. I always have a pleasant experience with Beltone.

Excellent appt. today. Big help setting the update on my phone. Courteous and helpful expert from Beltone.

My first appointment with Beltone of the Triangle, NC, is Feb. 17, 2021, a week from now. They have been very accommodating and helpful on the phone, so far.
The hardest part, by far, has been getting my hearing test results transferred from Duke University Medical Center, in Durham, N.C. It's difficult to reach the Audio Dept.

I would like to share my experience at Belltone. My grandson was visiting from WV and having problems with his ears. I called and these folks were so nice and considerate and worked me in, to help me get a true report regarding his ears. They put us in the right direction to help him get help. The diagnosis is free, yes free!! This place has amazing staff, so professional, nice and helpful. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to all my family and friends.
