(February 4, 2021, 7:38 pm)Excellent pizza! This is a hidden gem. I'm so glad I decided to try it out. These pizzas are made by professionals who care about their products. I prefer NYC style with minimal crust and they nail it. I appreciate the ingredient ratios. Everything is included in correct proportions. You won't get too much crust or sauce or too little cheese in each bite. The 18" pies are often slightly bigger than advertised. You'll pay twice the price for one here than a takeout special at Dominos, but these are 10x better. I very much look forward to trying everything on their menu. Highly, highly recommended.
