(March 14, 2019, 3:23 pm)Leslie Roach is one of the BEST therapists I have ever seen. Talk therapy is great with her, but the somatic therapy is literally changing my life. She is very compassionate, non-judgmental, and has helped me tremendously. If you REALLY want to change, Leslie is a great therapist to help you through the change process. It is hard work, but she is excellent at explaining the change process and how our Central Nervous System works through it, which is where touch therapy comes into play. Im reading Dr. Levines books to understand better this therapeutic process. She is a fabulous therapist and Im forever grateful that the Universe brought us together.
