The employee was very nice and all the cars were very well kept. With a copy of lur Drivers License, he let us test drive the car of our choice that we found online. He also gave us the CarFax report and Bill of Sale to take back to the Credit Union. He even looked up the Green Book Value for us. Armin Mousavi was very nice and informative. This dealership is definitely one to look at if looking for a used car.

The owner is very helpful and accommodating. I felt more welcomed there than any of the bigger places. Would definitely go back

I had read online reviews before visiting Auto Viona, and I am happy to be able to add my review to the chorus of highly satisfied customers. After test driving two cars and settling on one, I asked for an independent pre-purchase inspection. I made the appointment; Armin drove the car in to AAA, picked it up when it was done, and made sure that I received a copy of the report. He was friendly and patient, even checking to make sure that I didn’t want one final test drive before purchasing the car. The tire pressure light had been on when I test-drove the car — Armin had assured me that he would have it fixed before I came back to pick the car up, and he did. It was a great experience!

I had a very positive experience with Armin at Auto Viona. Armin's professionalism and transparency (I really can not overstate the transparency aspect, which is extremely important!) put me at ease with purchasing a used vehicle from his company. He explained the purchasing and inspection process he goes through for each vehicle he offers for sale, and then offered me the opportunity to take the vehicle to my own dealer for inspection. It took me 3 days to make up my mind because I took the time to look at MANY other used car offerings, during which time there was no pressure to buy or excessively bothersome phone calls from Armin. However, he did respond promptly to all of my texts! I was unable to find a better deal elsewhere, and trust me, I tried. In the end, I ended up purchasing a 2012 Camry (that was immaculate inside and out) from Armin, and he went the extra mile to facilitate the process - even staying an extra hour beyond usual business hours to accommodate my late work schedule. I have put almost 3,000 miles on the vehicle since I purchased it, and am a happy customer. I can not guarantee you'll have the same positive experience I did, but I am confident Armin will go the distance to make your car buying experience as pleasant as he can. My experience with Auto Viona was definitely a 5-star experience! I'll edit this post later and include photos of the vehicle when time allows.
