  Courteous, respectful, informative staff.
  
  Nice size kitchenette to cook if you plan on being longer than a week. Convenient location-grocery store, shopping plaza, restaurant, etc, within walking distance if you want to stretch your legs. Laundry & spacious bathroom
  
  Marcus, Daryl & Big Mike (staff) always prompt with any request. All the staff I've met has been approachable & personable. Got locked out of my room 2-3 in the morning one time. Big Mike made his way to my room to assist me well after office hours. Top notch customer service. If u have any issues, Marcus is the man. Very professional & always have a detailed answer. Never dismissive
  
  Never felt like any of the staff looked down on me. Treated like a human being with dignity.
  
  No quejas in regards for the lodging. Only thing that prevented a 5 star rating is the annoying people who like to loiter and panhandle. Especially the ones who doesnt have a room. Attracts too much unwanted/unnecessary attention like dpd, making the establishmentook bad. Waking up to go outside and theres 5 squad cars outside your room just kuz...
  
  Other than that, highly recommend. Definitely will return. Not like the loitering/panhandling is a threat or security issue. Just annoying. Do what u do, smoke or whatever, & gon back inside. Think about the next man.
