I have been seeing Dr. Mike (Poplak) for coming up on 2 years and I can say he has changed my life. From the beginning, his goal was to get me out of his office and into a normal life where I don't throw my back out every month. The excercises he recommended helped build my base and his treatments give me pain relief where other doctors couldn't. Not to mention the several times I broke into hysterics and he and his team comforted me. I went from visits twice a week to the now as needed visits. Thank you Dr. Mike!
I started going to See Dr Jason at Triangle Chiropractic 3 weeks ago. I was having some right elbow pain and my trapezoid area in my upper back and neck are constantly tight. After 3 visits, my right elbow pain is gone thanks to Dr Jason. Also my neck and trap tightness has been decreasing with each visit. Dr Jason is knowledgable, smart and knows exactly what to focus on when I am there. The entire staff here is outstanding as well. The facilities are top notch in my opinion as well. I highly recommend this practice if you have pain. You wont be disappointed at all.
I had a great experience with Dr. Steve Laski. This was my first time visiting a chiropractor, and I found Dr. Steve very helpful. Over a period of a few weeks, he helped me to correct my posture and address my lower back pain with a series of stretches and exercises I can perform at home. Really great guy and good to work with.
