I stopped in this store just to browse, and was greeted by the friendly staff. I was participating in a triathalon over the weekend and ended up speaking with a gentleman about tire pressure and cleaning the chain etc. He was so kind and helpful. We brought my bike into the shop and he helped me check the tire pressure which was extremely low, showed me some maintenance tips, then helped me bring my bike to the car. When he saw my bike rack he gave me additional tips to help make loading and securing my bike easier. I really appreciated his help and I wish I lived closer to continue purchasing from this store. They had a great selection of inventory, knowledgeable staff, and most of all kind. Please tell the gentleman thanks again for me.

Stopped in for a helmet. Staff was helpful. They had a good selection of helmets and jerseys. Clean shop.

Update: joined them for a group ride. Appreciate that it was women's only. It was friendly and geared towards all levels. Safe rides in a large(r) group.

Perfect environment for a new or experienced rider. Offer a military discount so they are my go to now. Oh…& they are not pushy which to me is a plus. They just let the bikes sell them selves and don’t try to upsell.

Outstanding cycling business. I would rate it the best in the entire TRIAD region. Customer friendly, well stocked with TREK bikes, and loaded with top notch accessories to include clothes, helmets, shirts, socks, tires, tools, pumps, shoes, mirrors, etc... There is nothing I was looking for I could not find. I showed up unannounced while visiting doctors. I needed a little exercise and asked if they had loaners. The owner (Dave) readily lent me a bike, helmet and told me to enjoy the ride. It was an outstanding experience. From the moment you walk thru the door, you will receive personal, first class attention. The entire staff is professional and anxious to meet your needs. There is absolutely nothing that could have been done differently or better. The place is spic and span.
