Cindy, who I worked with, was so nice and knowledgeable and responded to my questions right away. I will definitely be using Piedmont in the future for any medical device needs I have!

I have nothing but good things to say, the lady who helped me was super professional, courteous, and efficient. I needed to order a breast pump, and she was very helpful by providing me with a variety of options. I am grateful that I was able to get assistance from Piedmont. The pump I ordered is a really nice one and everything was taken care of. They are really good with communication and responses.

It wasn't one of the standard issue breast pumps, so I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to get it covered by insurance. They took care of every step and once all the documentation was in place, the pump shipped and arrived the very next day. It was honestly one of the most pleasant customer service processes I've ever been though. Thank you!
