Always a pleasant appointment with Dr. Pleasant and staff. They seem to have it all together, efficient and still friendly. Luv Dr. Pleasant dearly, I feel as if he is real, paying attention and knowledgeable with a wonderful personality to boot. I had a great procedure. The staff was very friendly and helpful while I was there and made me feel comfortable. They answered all of my questions. Dr. Prasad is one of the best, she reassured me that she was going to take good care of me and addressed any questions and concerns that I had. She has compassion for her patients.

The staff are always welcoming and friendly. They review my information quickly to get my visit started as soon as I arrive. Dr Bray is just the best doctor! He explains things so that I can understand what is going on with me. I can tell that he has read my chart thoroughly and he advises me on my digestive health and my overall health. And he makes me feel like he really does care about me as a person. I have been a patient at this office for a long time. I would recommend Dr Bray and his staff for anyone who needs their expertise.

Dr. Bray is awesome! I appreciate his awesome bed side manner. He is very personable and very easy to talk to. You can always tell that he is 100% actively listening to you when you're talking to him and not doing other things and I think that is great!
I can also say that it's not just Dr. Bray, the office staff whether you are having a regular visit or it's the staff that is assisting during procedures, and I also want to mention that I see P.A. pleasant, everyone that I spoke to in person or over the phone has always been super friendly and make me feel very comfortable.
I have never felt like I was a number, or a bother, not once. If I call or MyChart with a question I always get a reply before the end of the day. I wish all Doctor's offices were like this.
You know that feeling when your in a Doctor's office and because of your check in experience or the Doctor doesn't look you in the eye or is doing other things while your talking or for whatever reason and you feel very uncomfortable and that they don't care and you already want a different Doctor!
This is not what you will encounter at this office with this staff. The feeling I get when there and when not there is, "I am so glad I found this Practice" and also so appreciative for that same reason!

Dr Prasad is amazing. Caring, professional, knowledgeable. I felt complete ease from start to finish. Each member of the office I interacted with made me feel like we were lifelong friends. I had total confidence in their abilities. Thank you for being awesome at what you do!!
