Rick Wilburn and his team went to extra ordinary efforts to find us the tests and the analyzer in order to help us meet our deadline. And we were the first time customer with no prior relationship! Keeping in mind that these Covid-19 tests are in high demand and he didn't have to go the extra mile to help us but it shows Rick's character and his willingness to help. It's not just Rick but everyone in his team was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Thank you Rick and Team for going above and beyond!
