Advanced Oral & Facial Surgery of the Triad

The wait for the consultation was excessive (lots of folks in the waiting room til after hours) but the overall experience was great. We were able to reschedule our surgery appointment with no problem and the surgery was prompt and quick. We were pleased to receive a follow up call the day of and also a few days later to confirm recovery progress. We were very happy with our experience.

I highly recommend both Dr. Biggerstaff and her entire staff. She really knows her practice and her dental surgery skills are nothing short of amazing. The entire practice was very courteous, attentive and really well organized throughout my visits and my procedure. I would give her 10 stars if it was allowed because they are just that good!

Christiana is very satisfied with the surgery to remove three wisdom teeth. She did have pain initially but she followed all the instructions given and today a week later she's doing much much better. As a mother, I am very satisfied with the follow-up from Dr. Biggerstaff's staff. I highly recommend Dr. Biggerstaff for any type of oral or facial surgery. She was very caring and attentive to all of Christiana's needs.

Dr. Teresa Biggerstaff is an exceptional surgeon. I have been seeing her for 10 years. Extractions, implants and an emergency surgery. She is amazing. I choose to be sedated for dental procedures and feel completely at ease with Dr Biggerstaff. Everything she does is deserving of 5 stars. If I have questions there is always someone to help. The entire staff is amazing. So thankful she is my doctor.

I had a wonderful experience with having a tooth pulled a week ago! The staff there was very helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Biggerstaff was very caring and they all made sure I was totally numb and relaxed during the procedure. I would happily recommend them to anyone.
