Great experience, Doctor Rickher is an amazing Doctor, very professional and caring. Michele the assistant manager is an absolute angel. She went above and beyond to help me. I had broken my glasses and am scheduled to go out of town for a business meeting and she worked me in. The entire staff are spectacular. This is the way that you do business. If I could give 10 stars it still wouldn't be enough. Doctor Rickher and her staff have made a client for life.

Today was my first time seeing Dr Rickher, and I will definitely be returning. She was kind, she made sure I understood what we were discussing and I felt like I would be able to see better soon. The receptionist was awesome! Michele was great with helping me chose my frames. Just an awesome team!

Dr. Rickler is the best! She not only is very personable, professional but makes you feel very comfortable during an examination. She is very knowledgeable and in all my year’s experience of optometrist treatments, she gives the most detailed exams and provides the most comprehensive information. I definitely would recommend her services!

I went in with a very painful scratch on my eyeball. They were the only one to be able to get me in. The doctor was very nice and fixed me up good. I don’t go to eye doctors usually but if I need to I will definitely go to her. Thank you for making me feel better.

Dr. Amanda was very professional and kind and cleared up some questions from other eye doctors, and made me feel a lot better.
Richard helped me find glasses, worked my insurance to keep my payment as low as possible, for top of the line glasses. He helped me find the best fit and led me to find the best looking glasses and frames, that I would not have chosen without his advice. He was surprisingly professional and I was very impressed and very pleased with my experience! I've been to much more expensive eye doctors offices and left unhappy because of the lack of service and care.
A friend who lives in Florida, recommended Walmart because of his experience and I was very pleasantly surprised to find such professionals in a store like Walmart. I'm waiting for my glasses, but I have recommended Amanda and Richard to many people where I live. Thank you all for your patience! I can't say enough about my experience but I left smiling and still am!
