  Kristi made my life much easier. By the time I left her presents she had placed my thoughts at ease with getting a storage unit for my late Mom.
  I was not at a point that I was able to go through her belongings, so I decided to rent a unit and go from there.

  My wife and I had three different packages to ship to three different areas of the country. Kristina took her time and explained the different shipping options for each item. She made sure the packages were packed properly so that they would arrive unscathed. Kristina will definitely have my shipping business from now on.

  I have two units at the storage location. The staff is nothing but friendly and helpful especially when I lost my key. They had no problems helping me get it off. I recommend the storage facility to anyone looking to rent. Five stars hands-down!!!

  AMAZING! I decided super last minute that I had to get a storage. I literally signed up online just hours before it opened. First, everything online makes it super easy to sign-up and it's straight forward. You can also e-sign all the documents so you get access right away. I went to the facility as soon as it opened & went to the office just to confirm things & buy a lock. I forget the gentleman's name, but he was the only one working the front desk at the time. He was SO HELPFUL! He answered my questions, changed my gate code to an easier number that I'd remember and even walked me & my husband to our storage while explaining logistics/security of the facility. The facility itself is clean. There are security cameras everywhere & a flatscreen TV on each level to show the camera screens. We were told that units/halls are checked everyday so the lock that I bought from the facility has a sticker, if it comes off, they'll call me to confirm that I actually changed the lock (for security purposes). When we opened our unit, there was a cute Welcome card and two water bottles - HOW CUTE! That was just the cherry on top. All in all, I'm at ease knowing that my belongings are being stored here and that it's easy to access :)

  I had the best customer experience! I recently rented a unit online, Kristie gave me a call to confirm my rental. I came in to finish signing the paperwork and I was greeted so kindly!! The customer service overall was amazing, the unit is exactly what i was looking for. I am very satisfied with with how I was cared for and I am please to leave a 5 star rating!!!!!! 🥰😁😁 -Jessica

  The guys at O'Reilly's always give me personable, timely advice. Today, my truck was having a hard time cranking so I stopped in to run diagnostics. They were more than accommodating and gave me a few options to get going. I ended up purchasing a battery for my truck, but not before they tried exhausting other options. Great service and I'll definitely be back.

  I had the best customer service in this store. The Assistant Manager Nolan helped me completely with my car troubles..took the time to explain things to me and even came out to look at my car..I would highly recommend anyone who needs help with getting the correct car parts for there vehicle to go to Ebert Road and see Nolan...Thanks for all your help!
