(July 29, 2019, 4:40 pm)Had my Honda driver's front power window repaired. I waited while they fixed it. Was in and out in an hour. Nice bunch of guys there. Very professional and friendly. Price was very reasonable too. Over the years, we've had our share of power windows that quit working. And we've been without the vehicle for days, and have been greatly overcharged. NOT so with Pfaff's. They told me up front what the labor would be. Couldn't quote anything else til the problem was known. In my case, it was the regulator. The new one has a lifetime guarantee, so I'm covered for the part if it ever breaks again. Will DEFINITELY use them again. Husband's truck window is next!
