Foundations Early Learning Center of Winston-Salem

We have had the most wonderful experience at Foundations Early Learning center. We moved here back in July of 2019 and had a horrible experience at a previous facility. We were fortunate to find foundations and they were quick to help us make a transition. We also had a little one entering the world in September and were able to accommodate us care for him as well. They have wonderful attitudes and each teacher tries to know every child's name. We are greater every morning by name and with a smile! It is a very clean facility with lots of love!

This is the nicest Daycare in the search we did moving from another state to NC. The administration and staff are great. The staff really do teach and care for the children. The administration and staff put together a great environment and activities for the children. This is the first "large" child care facility my child was in and he adapted very well and loves his school. Administration really address parents concerns or needs the first time you bring up your concerns. Also really appreciate the electronic updates of my little once day with pictures/videos. Makes me feel like i know what he is up to and I can engage with my child after school on what he did in class with his friends.

We're incredibly happy with the care and service we receive at Foundations. The toddler teachers are FANTASTIC and obviously love these kids a lot, my son eats better meals than I do (thanks, Zola!), and he has a great time playing with his buddies and teachers all day. I know that we're leaving him in great hands while we go to work.

We have been at Foundations since October 2018 and I couldn't be more pleased with my child's teachers and the administration. They are very welcoming every single day! Every time I turn around I feel like another teacher from an older room is saying hello to my daughter by her first name! It makes me know that my daughter is safe and welcomed by all! We look forward to many years at Foundations Early Learning Center!

The teachers and staff are incredibly friendly and its obvious that they are genuinely passionate about their jobs. The facility is by far the nicest one that we came across in our daycare search. The classrooms are clean, spacious, and full of toys. Our 18 month old runs to the door every morning when we ask if he’s ready to go to school! I know that he’s in great hands while we’re at work and we’re amazed that he seems to come home with a new word or skill every day.

There is an app that tracks meals, naps, and diaper changes, but I would also love to see photos and a summary of what activities took place that day. Also, it would be nice to bring back the video cameras so that we can check-in and feel more connected to our kids throughout the day.

Overall, I would highly recommend Foundations to anyone looking for childcare in Winston-Salem!
