Had an issue with the tires I ordered - DJ, Eric, and especially Pierce went above and beyond to help me figure out the best course of action, while also dealing with me being frantic and flustered (and probably asking some relatively dumb questions).
Continuous free maintenance on tires purchased from and installed by Costco for the life of the tires while they're on your car, including pressure checks, adding nitrogen, and rotations/balances. Can't beat that deal. Can be a little tricky to catch the Tire Center at a good time for rotations/balances because historically they haven't taken appointments for that particular service (at my local store, anyway). I've been advised just to walk-in between 10A-12P on weekdays when I need a rotation/balance, and this usually works out okay but it can occasionally result in having to return another day due to them being so busy. Still, I can't complain too much about waiting a little while for a service that I'm not paying for each and every time. And the Tire Center guys are all (usually) very polite and helpful. Will definitely continue buying tires from Costco.
Had issues with tires I bought elsewhere but needed new tires. Got my new tires at Costco and Aaron diligently got in touch with tire manufacturer and got me a sizable refund on my older tires. This is a shout out for Aaron S. He took on the task with a very pleasant attitude and got it resolved.
Tire purchase was easy no up sell at all. All very first class service from Aaron S. When you have exemplary employees like him your customers will stay loyal. Thank you again.
