Dr Mincy is a great doctor but be prepared to wait at least 45 minutes past your appointment time before being called back to see the doctor!
I love Dr. Flaggerty. And her assistant Lori are rock stars. The whole office is friendly and they get you in and out in an appropriate time manner with your appointment. This is a very important thing to me. I highly recommend this office, and have already recommended it to friends. I just got my contacts and they were so patient with me trying to get to use them, I had a bit of a problem a few days afterwards and they called me right away. I'm not easy to impress. I've got to say I'm a forever Carolina eye client. Thank you all that work there and all the hard work you do.
My only complaint that almost spoiled my whole experience was finding your hidden office. I wandered around for 15 minutes until I went in the only door to a heart center to ask for help and happened to see a sign by an elevator for your office. You should inform new patients how to find your office. Dr. Leonard was excellent. Everyone was very good and helpful explaining everything. I took one star off for difficulty in finding office.
