  After searching around and asking questions of folks who own or work on classic muscle cars, I found Steve at Precision Fabrication. And the bonus was I live right down the street. Perfect!! I wanted to swap out the Holley carb on my 71 Nova for a Holley Sniper EFI unit. From the beginning Steve answered my questions; offered is preferred method; and set up a time so he could take a look at the car. We went through the various components needed and agreed on a price. After that, just need to wait for space in his shop. He's basically a one-man operation with a little help now and then. Once the car got there, we stayed in constant communication. I could stop by any time I wanted. The job went a little longer than needed, but that did not concern me. He ran into a few bugs along the way, but worked through them. It's evident Steve spends the extra time to make sure the job is correct. I got the car back and runs good. We still need a small part to ensure the TV cable on the 700r4 is adjusted correctly, but it's on the way. I would not hesitate to take the car back if there is anything I was considering to enhance the car further. Don't be fooled by the location, exterior building and lack of marketing/advertising. Steve and the neighbor business next door work on some really fast cars.
  
  Updated on 3/2/22 - I certainly standby the review above from couple months ago. The "bug" I had with the Sniper EFI was basically RF interference related issues, which took a lot of trial and error to eventually resolve. This bug emerged again after the review above - therefore the update. (You can read about these Sniper RF nightmares online that seem to occur on about 10% of the Sniper installs. Unlucky for me I was one of the 10%.) Steve was perplexed since it had never happened to him. Very frustrating for all. Glad I had a guy/shop who was determined not to get beat by this RF bug. And not keep the invoice $$$ running while he figured it out. Improving grounds; measuring RF output from car/engine related items; re-routing wires; relocating other items that could be the cause; talking to everyone who has ever dealt with this problem; Etc., Etc. Finally Steve beat it! The frustrating part is you don't really know what it was specifically since you try so many things, and the RF interference can be intermittent. Like I said....Frustrating. But very happy now! Nova runs great. Sniper EFI working as it should. Steve did a couple of other things unrelated to the Sniper and all is Good with those repairs/install too. Again, don't hesitate to contact Steve at Precision Fabrication if your hot rod needs some enhancements.
