We enjoy going to the library. The kids love it. They can color or sit and read a book while they are there. The employees are very helpful and patient.

I am a patron at the Bunn Branch. As a retired English teacher on a limited income, I am unable to buy many books. I really appreciate appreciate the help that the librarians have given me. It is a tremendous help that the Franklin County Library has provided current best sellers in large print I ama huge fan of this wonderful institution❤️

The librarian was extremely helpful! I was trying to access an online language learning program and she figured out why I couldn't to it and solved the issue.

Just moved to Louisburg in March! Was starving for a Library nearby. There was not much direction to send a newby to this precious little library. After I found it on the internet, I filled out the form to get my first Louisburg County Library card. It required me to come in person to get the card before I could use it's online library. What a delight to find!! It is do cute, and A nice handsome gentleman named Holt was so kind to walk me through how to use their multiple computers to find the books I wanted to ✅ out! New to the area I found a great fishing book on the Outer Banks for my husband of 47 years. Holt walked me through how to check out an audible book on the subject I was interested in hearing/reading. I was also able to help a cute 2nd Grade young man figure out where to put his books he wanted to return. He was so respectful with his "yes mame". So nice to hear good manners these days. He had come in without wearing a 😷 mask, so I reminded him Masks wearing in the Louisburg County Library was Mandatory. He said "sorry mame I forgot". Soon after his Dad came in with his mask which he quickly put on. This little guy was sooo cute. Anyway Tuesday was my first trip to the Library here, but definitely not my last! Even though they are out of room to hold many books 📚, Holt explained to me how he has agreements with other libraries so he can get what you want after you choose it on the Library's computer or your home computer. And if you are in the Library you get to use Ancestry.com for free with a Library card. Go to the Library and discover your Roots! I hope someday Louisburg County Commissioners will find it in their hearts to build a larger, new Library for us who pay taxes here! I hear they want a new Administration Building for themselves, how about building a new County Library attached to it, on the same premises, so the parking lot can be used for both for us taxpaying residents. Right??
