The service was excellent and I would commend the service to everyone. I was very pleased with the service and his timely arrive.

The owner/worker was approachable and professional. He is friendly and down to earth person plus a thumbs up on his craft. Highly recommended for your carpet cleaning. 🙂👍

Punctual, providing great customer service is important to this business. I would use them again but the only down fall is they charge you a $60 return fee if you can’t get Al if your services completed the same day. That’s unreasonable in my book. Customers may not have the money to get it all done at once and need to break it up. Why should you be charged for that🤷🏾‍♀️

Curtis and the team at Why Carpets was nothing but professional from the beginning. There was fantastic communication from booking all the way through to the end of the cleaning. The carpets came out great! Can’t recommend them highly enough!

Knowledgeable about his profession. Had a good informative conversation about carpet care. Information I will definitely put to use. I'm very pleased with his workmanship.
