I was very impressed with the pleasantness and professionalism of the plumber that took care of our plumbing issues. Plumbing issues make people pretty desperate, and some companies take full advantage, but I didn't feel taken advantage of by Lester Plumbing. Only happy with the results and price. I would (and have done so) highly recommend them to family and friends.

Needed to troubleshoot some plumbing issues in our house that we purchased in 2018 (wobbly toilet, leaking bathtub faucet, shower leaking into downstairs kitchen ceiling) and contacted Lester’s on the recommendation of a family member. Brandon contacted me as early as next day to discuss the items we were looking to have fixed. Each correspondence was personable, professional, prompt, and flexible as there were many times I could not speak on the phone so texting was offered as backup option. I appreciated the regular communication and even the ETA notifications prior to each arrival. Each step of the process was thoroughly discussed in detail and further clarification was quickly provided when requested. Even while working in the house on our plumbing issues, their work was not a distraction and was barely noticed. This was appreciated by me as I work 40 hours a week at home! I am incredibly impressed by the service provided by Lester’s and would recommend them highly to friends and family!

I own an older home with an ancient faucet system in the shower. I had a terrible leak and was having to turn the water off at the street to keep from losing water. Brandon was very professional and quick to schedule an appointment. He showed up on time and was very helpful in fixing the issue. I have had plumbers in the past who have not had experience with older systems, but Lester's plumbing is a family business and experience has been passed down. Brandon fixed the problem, No issue, and showed me what to do if it happens again. I will definitely use Lester's plumbing again and I appreciate them!

I highly recommend Lester's Plumbing Service Inc. We recently had some small plumbing repairs needing attention. Lester's was recommended here an glad we took a chance. Brandon was friendly, helpful, explained everything and completed the repairs. We had a leak under the Kitchen sink, piping was replaced and he also replaced two hose bibs on the exterior of the home (brick home).
