We had a 22kw Generac whole house generator installed and the peace of mind that brings far outweighs the reasonable cost of the unit and intricate electrical and natural gas connections that were required. Believe me, this is not a DIY project. It was great to have Jackson Superior Electric, Inc. coordinate with all the utilities and inspectors to complete this job. We are pleased with the site location as well. We were provided with excellent detailed instructions and the mobile phone app. will allow remote access for any future troubleshooting. I had a need for a new circuit. I contacted local electricians (7 total) for an estimate. Of the 7, only 3 responded to my request. Jackson Superior Electric was the first to call me on a Thursday, arrived at my house at 8 AM on Monday morning and gave me a quote within 10 minutes. A second company arrived 3 days later but took 10 days to deliver a quote which was nearly double the price Jackson Superior Electric quoted. A third company quoted a price site unseen which was also nearly double. Needless to say Jackson Superior Electric got the job, arrived at the scheduled time, and completed the job in less than 1 hour. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and cleaned up every area they worked. I would definitely use them again if the need arises. They are more than fair with their cost. Don't waste your time contacting anyone else, it will only prolong your project at a greater cost.
