    We bought a older RV. Call Stanley Steamer to come out and clean carpet. They sent out Shaun was a very professional, was very detailed. Was a pleasant experience. I hope the company gives there guys with good reviews a bonus. This guy deserves one.

    Shaun was the one to come a clean our carpets in our new home on July 12th, 2019.
    He was quick, informative, and very kind.
    I didn’t get the last name but he said he was from the Gastonia, NC area and deserves proper recognition!

    This is my first time ever having a professional service clean my carpetcarpet. The young man Sean showed up and was very nice. He did a great job and my carpet is not only clean but smells so good.

    The crew who came to my home was very professional and had great customer service skills. I give it a 4 because they had to come back to clean a large spot that only came out after they had cleaned my carpet. It wasn't there before. They came back and treated that spot, but it only partially disappeared. I have an old carpet, but it is almost spotless, and I believe that the chemical that they used reacted with something that was in the canvas of the carpet, and it created that large spot (about 1 foot wide).
