Very beneficial for me. I went in with proper paperwork and attitude. They dismissed my ticket and it only took a few minutes. They are there to help . But they are not the officer or judge . But will try to help you if your polite and nice to them. Remember it's easy to talk hard to argue. They were very understanding to my issue , I didn't make court due to chemotherapy treatment.
