  My salesman, James, was awesome. He was not pushy at all! He let me look over the trucks I wanted and let me test drive them while telling me about the features of the trucks and just small talk. It was a very relaxed atmosphere and made me feel very comfortable doing a deal with. I test drove two trucks and was going to test drive a third until I decided to go with the first one I test drove. I told him that I wanted to go with the first one at 7:45pm, and they closed at 8pm. He and his trainer Austin, and the sales manager made it a quick and effortless experience in getting the deal done and made no pressure to sign anything without letting me review it first. My next car purchase will definitely be at Gastonia Dodge.

  Our salesman, Deshawn, was patient and well educated on the trucks he was selling. He got many sets of keys so we could look at every package and combo of colors, ensuring we would know we made the right choice. The financing person was fast and informative, which made the process quick and pleasant. Everyone we dealt with made us feel like family. We will definitely be back when it's time to upgrade! We love our 2019 dodge ram!

  I searched cars all over the south east. After speaking with Danny Craig, I immediately knew that this was the dealership I would be purchase my new car. His professionalism and experience made the buying process easy. After traveling from Georgia, Danny and James McElroy made the trip worthwhile.   My car broke down on me 2 hours away from home. I had to have it towed to the nearest dealership. I called once my car was picked up and spoke to a lady named Debbie Taylor. I was very stressed out about my car because it had never given me any problems. She seemed to understand and make me feel better and comfortable. She was honest and upfront with me. She kept in contact with me and offered options as well. I didn't expect to get that type of service and glad she exceeded my expectations. It was a blessing to me to have met her and had a positive experience with her. Thank you so much for your help and time.

  I called to see if they had a certain type of car there, spoke to Jeremiah. He advised that he did and said give me some time and I will call you back with the information. He called me back within 5 mins to let me know he has the keys and waiting out front for me. I arrived and Jeremiah was so helpful on everything. Jeremiah told me everything about the car, the reviews and took a test drive. Even stayed until we left (well after the dealership closed). James the financial manager was very quick and helpful as well! He provided me with the ins and outs of the warranty and extended warranty. Very patient with my questions and my kids that were there with me. Made us feel welcomed and felt like family! When my husband is ready to purchase his vehicle, we will be coming back to Gastonia Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. Great customer service overall!!!
