Very easy to do business with .Rick was kind and helpful and even qualified me for a free pair of glasses that were ready in an hour

I visited the Eyemart Express in Gastonia on Jan 31, 2022 to fill my new eyeglasses prescription. I was amazed at the selection of eyeglass frames the store carried. They were able to use my eyeglass insurance plan benefit and verified my coverage before I could decide on a new frame. I picked a striking frame I love and added the feature for the lenses to tint in sunlight. I left the store to run to Wal-Mart while they made my new prescription lenses in an hour. I was gone longer than an hour as any shopper knows but when I returned my new lenses were ready and the glasses were ready for me to try on. The eye tech fitted my frames and I love the way the new glasses fit and look. I left the store in less than 15 minutes with my new glasses. The world and words are so much easier to see now. Thank you Eyemart Express!!!

Only complaint would be that we had to wait a while when we came back in to pick up glasses but they were pretty busy. Otherwise, we are very satisfied.

I absolutely loved going here! I believe Karen is the associate who helped me! She was hands down amazing! I got 2 pairs of glasses and they were ready within 30 mins. It was amazing. I highly recommend going to Eyemart Express for your glasses! They're frames choosing we're amazing they had so many choices! I will be back for all my eye care needs!

It was an awesome experience, I needed new glasses and I'm a veteran. The staff were accommodating and made it happen for me. I was also given a veterans discount. Which was cool we veterans need all the help we can get.
