Jumal is former NFL player. He doesn’t only train kids he trains adults . I use to sit there and see him training and think I could never workout like they do. Well ... he proved me wrong . He works with all fitness level and will get you to where you want to be . I have been training with him for several months now. He is honest , motivating ,will push you until you have nothing left in you ,and truly a caring person. When they say it’s like family in here it truly is .
