Great location, helpful staff, and mature landscaping make for a wonderfully affordable place to live.
Overlook the negative reviews and check the place out for yourself. We had to have a disruptive neighbor kicked out because HE was the problem, not the other neighbors he claimed we're the problem. The tenants are mostly older adults and families, along with veterans and a couple of police officers. It's a very quiet neighborhood near above average shopping, and retail options( for Gastonia.)
Sure, I've lived in much higher end apartments, but it's Gastonia after all, so why not live in a great location with affordable rent while you have to be here.

The staff in the office are one of a kind. They make you feel welcomed and like family. The apartments are what you pay for. No problems what so ever! This has truly been an amazing living choice!
