The maintenance staff is quick to respond, apartments are super quiet (I've never heard a noise from our neighbors) and I've never not felt unsafe. Going on 6 months here and we're so happy with our decision. I also love that I never have to remember to change our filter! They do it for us!

(December 5, 2017, 11:38 am)We've lived here for a little over a month and we're so happy with our decision! Michelle and the staff are SUPER nice, we feel very safe, and our apartment is very quiet. The style of our place is very nice, too! They really vetted us too before we moved, going through background checks - which is great! On move-in day, Michelle walked around the apartment with us and took a ton of pictures to make sure everything was well documented. I really appreciate that coming from the staff, since most places I've lived don't care and will just take your security deposit regardless. Oh, and we also had a little gift basket for us filled with dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels and other little things that really come in handy when you're moving! I also love that they're doing a contest for "Best Decorated Balcony" for Christmas! Top 3 prizes are $$$ of January's rent! So fun! :) Love our new home!
