(February 21, 2021, 9:15 am)I see the 2 negative reviews and I am pretty sure the person who said they wouldn’t answer the phone was meaning Southpoint Family Practice. I switched over to here and not only has the front office staff made it a point to get to know me, they great me first with short talk and a smile! Before I can sit down I am already called back! I have never had to weight for my doctor ? I can be a pain and ask bunch questions on my chart but the puts up and answers everytime !!

(November 20, 2020, 8:02 pm)Kani Smith is awesome.... My primary doc retired. Wasn't happy with the doc who replaced him so I tried this Caromont office on S New Hope. I am 49 and entered the office with a lot of concerns. I have to say that Kani took her time, truly listened, brought in a pharmacist (I had medication issues) who spoke with me for 20 mins, and for the 1st time in a long time I walked out of the docs smiling and feeling like someone listened and gave a damn! Can't put a price or enough co-pay on that one folks! Hell, I recommend to the Pres!
