I am treated with respect each time I go back to conduct business all employees treat you with respect. I have e conduct business with different pawn in Gastonia and West end pawn shop is excellent compared to other shop I have visited. The manger Dan is very helpful she make you feel comfortable and talk to you like you are a member in her family. When you enter the store she has a big smile and ask how can we serve you today. Dana know it was hard for me to come in the store and she realize how hard it was for me to come in the store. And Josh make you smile and when you leave he make sure you are smiling. All the staff is wonderful .I will only conduct business with Gastonia pawn and it the only pawn shop I will visit .Dana works well with her staff. The staff is a big happy family everyone works together to make all customers happy
