  I stopped at this Wendy's before I arrived to my hotel. I was a little skeptical because the line was long, but what I can say is the line was long but the workers were efficient because the wait was not long my food was hot and my strawberry lemonade was wonderful. Kudos to the staff because it was after 11pm

  We walked in at 9:50pm & the staff was pleasant and welcoming . We did not realize they were closing the lobby at 10 until we got to the door. If we weren't frozen and starving we wouldn't have stayed and we would have taken the food to go. The manager came to the register and went out of his way to say you are welcome enjoy your meal as long as you need to. I thought that was above and beyond!! Great service!

  Very convenient location off of Interstate 85 but I ordered the car which was overcooked and very very salty plus the french fries taste like they were made out of rubber so overall I felt like I got a heavy dose of salt but on the other hand the Frosty was good but how much damage can you do to a Frosty. Staff seem to be somewhat in the state of confusion because once I place my order by going inside it was sitting on the counter for some time till the young man who was cleaning the restaurant came around and brought me the sandwich and french fries and finally I got the frosty but the whole operation seems to be somewhat in a cloud of confusion. Bottom line the toilet was in pretty good shape no blockage that I could see and plenty of napkins and other paraphernalia available. Overall I would say probably bypass this particular Wendy's and continue on 85 to another location.

  Solid Wendy's experience. I don't typically review fastfood restaurants, however this Wendy's was exceptional. Service was wonderful and the turn around from order to delivery was incredibly short. We ordered two different meals and were pleasantly surprised with the quality of our selections. The staff was constantly working to bus tables and keep everything clean as customers moved in and out. Everyone was friendly and the ambience was a great with a fireplace wall. We enjoyed the Coke machine that lets you customize your drink. I recommend this Wendy's over other fast food options in the area because of quality, service, and cleanliness.

  I visited during the Christmas holidays. The store was beautifully decorated and the associates were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and served to us quickly. I hope to return there soon.
