Gates Health and Rehab

There is no perfect Healthcare and rehab facility. But we found that there were some very good people at Gates Health and Rehab who did a good job of taking care of my dad. To the cna's who have a tough often unappreciated job, thank you for all you do! To the nurses who were so good keeping me updated, thank you! To the rehab department who went the distance and more with a not so willing participant, thank you! To the social worker who helped make this a more pleasant experience, thank you! To all the behind the scenes people for keeping him fed, warm and clean and for keeping his room clean, thank you! To the administrator who always spoke to me when I entered the building and who I witnessed on many occasions all over the building not just in his office, thank you! Kudos!

Our visit was very satisfying. We have a relative living there and we were called to talk about some details. We were thoroughly satisfied with the outcome. Our relative is very well taken care of.

As a Temp DON, at Gatesville it has been a pleasure working with all the staff and residents, this is a very warming and excepting environment , and the Administrator is very supportive of new employees and makes you feel welcomed and at home. I strongly encourage people looking for a place of work to call their own ,to come and apply here! This building definitely put the T in Team work! I love it!

I am writing this review as a staff member. I have worked for this facility since 2014. I have worked in the roll of Medical Records and Central Supply Manager, CNA, and Activities Director which is my current role. I love this facility and it has and forever will be a very special part of my life. Being a healthcare worker is a challenge in itself and we have had our share of ups and downs, but I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for a great and safe place to admit his or her family member when and if that time should ever come.

Accordius Health at Gatesville has that small-town feel and close family atmosphere that make residents and families feel so welcome. The staff work hard to provide quality care and positive outcomes for every patient! I enjoy working in this facility and am proud of the dedication of all my coworkers to make this the best facility in our area!
