I have a unit in Fort Apache and every time I have needed an answer about anything or help with anything, Marissa has always been there for help. She is a pleasure to talk to. She is always helpful and knows what she is doing. She always has a smile and is friendly. I am very glad I am at Fort Apache. I think I will stay for awhile. Thank you Marissa.

Had to come along ways to do a clean out for them. I had so e issues along the way and they were great to help me jump through the hoops. Went above and beyond to help me out. Facility is well ran, clean and expect professional service!

Went to see about maybe upgrading to a bigger unit or just more for my money. The current place I am at is way to pricey for nothing bigger than a closet. Considering the fact I was only window shopping and not sure if I was gonna actually get a unit I didn't expect the treatment I got. The manager was the nicest person I've seen in customer service in a long time. Marissa was so helpful and very informative. She definitely helped me make my decision of planning my move in next month. I was shocked at the amount I will be saving by moving my stuff here. It was nice to see a happy smiling face and was so eager to make sure I was happy with everything!!! I would definitely recommend this place. Can't wait to make the move. It's hard to get good customer service nowadays but Marissa really made me feel welcome and it was genuine . This was my 3rd place I stopped and looked at I had 4 more to go look at but after my visit she sold me. Thanks Marissa!!!!
