(May 25, 2023, 9:33 am)We took our golf cart that was in terrible shape in to see if they could replace the bushings. They identified other areas of concern and quickly got the issues fixed. We received constant updates and always asked if we would like to proceed with the work. We could not be happier with the work performed, the cost and the customer service and I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

(November 10, 2022, 6:20 pm)I took a golf cart there to be worked on and mentioned that I believed there was an intermittent spark issue a couple times and when they called to tell me it was ready they had still not addressed the spark issue. They cleaned the Carb and changed the oil and put a new spark plug in and said its good to go. I went and picked it up and took it home and it wouldn't crank to drive off the trailer. I took it back the next week and once again explained the intermittent spark issue and asked them to also adjust the governor. They called me the next day to tell me it was done and running great, I asked what they did and they just adjusted the governor and said its running great. I had to ask again for them to change the coil so I didn't have to bring it back again. Once I specifically told them to replace the coil they did and I haven't had a spark issue again. I think they should listen to the customer a little more and the experience would have been better.
