  Good sandwich. Good bread. Clean facility. Counter service like most sandwich places.

  So, I normally come to this sub shop during lunch or order via the app. I’ve been going on and on about how good these subs are to my best friend and today she was finally ready to take a go at it!! I did an online order and the hot veggie sub didn’t come up so I ordered the hot “make your own” which was the Dagwood. My friend picked up the order and when she got back I noticed It wasn’t what I wanted at all! The web didn’t give me the right options :( No grilled onions or peppers as the toppings were cold on the Dagwood. Who knew! Well, I brought the subs back and they were more than happy to redo them and fix it for me, now I have the subs I’ve been raving about to my friends!! I’m sure they will taste as good as they normally do! I’m just happy they have great customer service and fixed it right up! From now on I will order “in store” and will soon be back! :) Theres nothing better than great customer service!!
