SSL auto shop

So I had gone to a previous TMobile (franchise) and the associate opened an account without my knowledge and consent. This lead to much frustration and me spending the entire day at this store, from 2pm to 7pm just to get my new phone. The staff at this location; Dwayne, Francis and their Store Manager; Calvin were awesome in handling my problem and were very
apologetic even though it wasn't their fault. They helped me get my new phone and sorted out the account issue. It made the entire day worth it. I will be making this my primary location for all my needs from now on.

Hands down the best customer service received! Been to multiple T-Mobile stores within the tampa Bay Area and this store stands above the rest. Nick was incredible - knowledgeable, efficient, transparent, patient and such a good listener hearing my family’s needs and matching them perfectly. Highly recommend and thank you for a seamless transition - truly yours, a usually critical consumer.

Jenifer was a really smart and honest person, she helped us a lot. We got a really good deal and she was very patient with us. She is an amazing worker and she was very nice.
