Had a leak in my tire. Took it to Firestone. They patched it. Two weeks later I woke up to a flat tire. Took it back for a check and they told me they couldn’t fix it and said I needed all four tires replaced. Now-if that were the case, why wasn’t I told that prior to me coming back?
Called Hall Tire and explained the situation. The guy I spoke with was extremely real. Straight to the point. Very educated. Beyond polite. He told me he could fix it and if not, he would have me a brand new tire the next day. He didn’t ask my name or anything about me or my vehicle but when I got there, he knew exactly who I was which was extremely impressive. Although they were closing in less than an hour, they didn’t turn me away. I stayed past closing but I’m okay with that when I’m receiving quality work.
They took extremely good care of me. The customer service was on point. I definitely won’t be going anywhere else ever again. Not to mention you can’t beat their prices. Thank you guys so much for all of your help!! -

(June 3, 2020, 11:38 am)I have been coming here the last couple of months. I don’t live in Greensboro but I work here once a week. I came on a busy Tuesday and there was a miscommunication in my request of service. I called back and they were so polite and kind; they told me to return tomorrow and they would correct it. So on my day off I drove the hour drive back to the shop and was in immediately to get the issue corrected. Josh is amazing and super professional! Hall Tires definitely has a returning customer in me!!
