(January 6, 2020, 10:53 am)I have lived here for 9 years, I love my condo. But the outside of most of the buildings is sad. The entire outside needs up dating. Also the general cleaning and follow up is terrible. The old system of an assigned person to two buildings was much more efficient. Had guests who were looking to buy said based on the dirty outside appearance of of the buildings they would not buy here. Please care as much as the condo owners do. the complex

Our experience with the leasing office so far has been very good. A great tenant was found quickly and everything went smoothly.
