Chad is the owner. He moved me yesterday. They were friendly and very efficient. The cost was affordable. I also like that this is a small local business. I would definitely use them again. Thank you Chad!

Chad and his crew moved me from High Point, NC to Chesapeake, VA on Friday July 2. I cannot say enough about their commitment to excellence and treating each move, regardless of size, equally. My move was a small move, just enough stuff to fit into a one bedroom apartment. Chad even assisted with the loading in High Point to get his crew on the road at a decent hour since they did this in a single day. I would definitely recommend them for local or out of state moving needs. All of my antiques made it safely. Highly recommend!

Update: Ahlgren's Transport moved me again locally and I was impressed as expected. The owner stopped by to make sure the move was going well. Hopefully I won't move for a long time but if I do, I will use them again.

Ahlgren's Transport has moved me twice now and I have been thrilled with the service and price. The owner is very involved and the guys were punctual and courteous. They will be moving me again.

The only reason why I am giving these guys 4 Stars instead of 5 is because they showed up 1 hour and 20 minutes late from when they were scheduled. Granted they were still on a previous job. Other than that, they were able to get me moved in approx 2.5 hours. Very courteous and professional. I would recommend and use them again.

Ahlgrens is professional and efficient. Chad answered all my questions thoroughly. When it came to pricing they were the most affordable among local moving companies. Kareem and Robert were fast and efficient and handled all my belongings with care. Should I ever have to move in the future I would definitely contact them. Highly recommended.
