I had a wood fence installed. The installation took a little longer to install but at the end the fence looked great. The office associates, sales team, and management were all nice and handled everything well.

Our family received a new roof! It looks great! We are so happy with it. Our house was built in 1930 and still had the original roof. So it was pretty awful.
Now we are very pleased. We feel safe again. We will be more secure. Thank you again!!!!

The installers were fantastic. Very professional. Came on the property and were there when they said they would be. Left the property clean. Picked up all the trash and materials left over and removed it. Mr. Lester did the deck and Mr. Julio did the gutters and the roof waterproofing. Very satisfied with the whole experience. Would recommend these gentlemen again to anyone.

I had vinyl siding installed on my home. The workmanship was terrific, the communication from Jessica, project manager, was exceptional. I was informed of when the work would begin and updates during the installation process. She sent me pictures documenting the entire installation process and the final look of the home. I could not be more pleased with her professionalism. From the initial site visit with Josh and his evaluation and thorough explanation of the product, warranty, and payment options, I felt comfortable with my decision to work with The Improvement Store. And finally, Alberto, the installer, did an excellent job and always left the job site clean at the end of everyday.
I was so pleased with the entire team that I have called Josh to order the installation of new vinyl windows. In today’s environment, the norm seems to be disappointment with contractors. In this case, the team exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them for home improvement projects.

We were getting new windows and new vinyl siding for the entire house. Although our project was delayed many months due to supply shortages the company made weekly calls to keep us informed of estimated delivery/shipping dates. The same installers were doing both the windows and siding. Once the project started the crew were professional and kept us informed of their progress and any issues that arose. They said the whole project should take about 4 days to complete. They were correct with the exception that they would have to return to do the install of one window that did not get ordered with all the others. They also replaced had to re-replace the new bathroom window. The original window was not frosted so they had to re-order that window. Again the company called us weekly to keep us updated on the delivery date of those two windows. Overall we were very happy with the final product. The windows made a drastic improvement to the comfort of our home and the new siding makes the house look like it's a brand new home. We also like the Improvement Store's practice that they do not cash the check until we were satisfied with the project.
