After several failed attempts at other trailer companies in Greensboro, I was directed to Big Tex Trailer World. Steven, the technician, was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He was able to troubleshoot the problem and quickly make the repairs. The price was fair and I could not be happier with the service from the initial phone call to driving away a satisfied customer. Highly recommend!

The experience with Danny and his crew at Big Tex was phenomenal. As a new Hot Shot owner my knowledge was limited but Danny talked me through the whole process. Customer service was bar none. Danny and his staff were clear, delivered on their promises and when he found out that I was missing a piece he gladly ordered it and beat the dealership on price. Once I picked the trailer up his staff walked me and my driver thru everything. Even though he had knowledge of flat beds…Danny wanted to make sure that we had all the knowledge we needed. Dr Craig-Goodell is always very attentive and does not just nod her head and not listen. Hours would be my only issue but everything else is great.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Goodell and her staff. She truly cares for her patients. I moved to Shawnee and still drive to Edmond for doctor visits to see her. I don't believe I could find a better doctor so for me its definitely worth the drive.

I've been coming to see Dr. Goodell for about 5 plus years and never have I had a bad experience. She is a caring Dr. not one who gets you in and rush you out. My drive from Midwest City to Edmond is worth every minute when needing to be seen. Great staff as well!

Melinda is great at making sure you get in on time, as well as working out all of your referrals and insurance problems. Dr. Goodall is the most compassionate Dr I've ever had. She sees my whole extended family. She is very knowledgeable, yet has the wherewithal to know when something is beyond her scope. For a family doctor, she's the best.
