Right off the bat, she told me I should never buy a house I didn't love, and if we had to look at a hundred houses that was fine with her. Fortunately, we found one much faster than that! JJ was by my side throughout the process, from the submission of a strategically-written contract through the loan process, inspection, and closing. I could ask her anything and she would respond immediately. If there were any issues with others involved in the process, she would call, text, or email them within minutes and do whatever was necessary to ensure things proceeded smoothly. She even photocopied some documents and took them to the FedEx office for me. Whatever it took to make things happen, JJ took care of it and I am now one happy homeowner.
