After getting the run around at uhaul, these guys got me in super Last minute and got my hitch installed in no time! The tech even shined up my headlights because he knew I was going to be driving a long distance to go camping. I will be coming back for any hitch or welding needs in the future. It pays to support your local business yall!

They were referred to me by a friend who said they do great/affordable work on work trailers. They met my expectations and got me in and out quickly. Their staff was knowledgeable and were able to diagnose my issues properly. Got me in quickly, not once but twice in 2 days, while I was stopped on a long-haul adventure in my '74 vw bus. Had standard trailer hitch installed for towing small camper with an SUV. Owensby did an excellent job with the installation at a reasonable price. Since the installation, I also returned a couple of times for additional help - once to exchange the ball for a slightly larger size, and once just with some questions about hooking up to my camper. On both occasions they helped immediately and for no additional cost. Great support after the sale. Highly recommend.

I have come to this business several times for repair work and the purchase of hitch equipment. In one case, my 3-wheeled bike rack was backed into and badly bent. They were able to weld it back as good as new. The people who work there are friendly, efficient and knowledgable. They freely share information about repair and purchase options.
