FastMed Urgent Care

When I arrived I was welcomed with a smile and the check in process was a breeze! I was pulled back for my drug screen within a short period of time and the clinical representative that assisted me, Alana, was such a pleasure. She explained each step that I needed to take in a pleasant manner and a smile. I know it was just a drug screening but great patient care and customer service is rare nowadays and she should definitely be recognized for a job well done! I will definitely recommend family and friends to come to this location!

Went in for a new employment drug screening. Everybody was friendly, visit was quick and pleasant. Big shoutout to Jesselyn, she was great!! Very professional, courteous, efficient and proficient. A great experience that is not normal for me at a Fast Med - team West Market has certainly impacted my opinions on Fast Med overall. Thanks y'all!

This was my first time having blood drawn and the staff made this such a better experience than it could've been. The customer service honestly made the whole process so much better for me than usual. I was seen by Jesselyn and she made my day so much better considering how nervous I was initially. Her and Steven really made the visit the best it could possibly be! They really made me feel welcome and at ease the whole time.

Would highly recommend this location. We were unable to get our son in for a physical with his primary so we tried out FastMed. The customer service was great from the time we walked in the door. All of the staff we came into contact with were very professional and knowledgeable in there individual positions. Steven the Medical Assistant was great and we felt comfortable and satisfied when we checked out.

Had a great experience here at FastMed Urgent Care. They were very friendly and made sure your were taken care of. I waited no time to be checked in and seen. I was initially seen by Steven, he is very down to earth and will take care of your needs. The whole staff here is friendly and makes you feel like your health problems matter. I highly recommend you set up a visit.
