Even I missed a phone call from the tire center then one staff came and found me in the Costco to discuss small changes. Thank you!

(September 15, 2021, 2:15 am)I see A LOT of negative reviews on here but I’ve been a member since 2010, gotten 4 different sets of tires for 2 vehicles over that time and experienced 2 different Costco Tire shop locations and I have Never had an issue. If you leave there upset I can guarantee you didn’t speak with a supervisor or manager before you left because they will always go out of their way to give you a satisfactory experience. It’s one of the busiest places in the area since they have the longest hours, open the latest ,and produce the highest volume of tire sales. Literally just talk to a supervisor or manager if there is an issue and it’ll get cleared up. Super friendly and professional people 👍🏼
