Shawn has been great to work with! Have a stubborn issue with the refrigerator but Shawn continues to check in with me as I monitor the problem area. He has been right on top of things and hasn’t left me high and dry. Definitely recommend.

We were having trouble with our Washing Machine, they were able to send someone out the day I called, the Tech named Shawn (Shaun/Sean) was very polite and knowledgeable.
After his initial diagnosis which was a bunch of change (2.00 worth) in the coin trap I didn't even know was there, he left, and then the Washer started acting up again, I was able to call the tech and he turned around and came back and took the darn thing about to try and find the problem.
He was able to get it going again, but sadly we're on borrowed time with this machine, but if we can make it until spring, I'll be happy.
I've used At Your Service for years, and they have never disappointed, I cannot recommend them enough!
