(November 24, 2020, 7:24 pm)Started training at 336 Crossfit about two weeks ago and already feel the difference, I would definitely say I got really lucky with finding this place. The owner and all the trainers there are encouraging and are great at what they do. Classes start with required warmups and stretches for the intended workouts which I would say are necessary in order not to get injured.

(June 19, 2020, 12:04 pm)I am new to CrossFit and I like to say the owner and the instructors are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They definitely took the time to work with me. I love how clean and organized everything is and just the overall appearance of the gym. I used to think I was fit till I came here...lol. If you want a good workout come here.
