Sonya Hamilton is the best State Farm agent I have ever had, and in my 79 years I've had quite a few.
She is the best l am so glad l switched to State Farm.
I am very pleased with the product and customer service provided. Even though it is a small staff the phone calls are always answered promptly. Either she picks up or returns the call before the end of day. And she always has a smile on her face. Something every customer service agent learns to have even over the phone. Best of all, she is very knowledgeable about products and has been a great help with my choices.
